Nokia has Given Apple on Court
Nokia has given Apple's court with the accusation that all iPhone models infringe 10 patents by the Finnish company, which refer to GSM, UMTS and WiFi technology. According to Nokia, these patents are committed under license from almost all leading manufacturers of mobile devices, but Apple has refused to agree to conditions imposed. For now, no concrete details are known about the claim.
